Bologna F.C. 1909 has officially announced that Domenico Tedesco will be the new coach. The coach has signed a two-year contract until June 30, 2028. Tedesco, born in Rossano, Calabria, grew up in Germany and graduated in engineering. He worked for Daimler and then entered the technical staff of the youth sectors of Stuttgart and Hoffenheim. In 2017, he became head coach of Erzgebirge Aue and then was called by Schalke 04. He led Spartak Moscow in Russia and then returned to Germany to Leipzig, where he won the German Cup. From 2023 to 2025, he was the coach of Belgium and then led Fenerbahce, winning a Turkish Super Cup.
